Doodle is an easy to use, quick, and free online tool for scheduling meetings. You log on to the site and choose a variety of dates and times for your meeting. An e-mail message is sent to the other attendees and they indicate the times that will work best for them. All of the responses are tabulated and you can easily see when the most people can attend.
When you log into your Doodle account, you will see your dashboard. You can create a new poll, view previous polls you created, and view polls you’ve participated in.
Click on Manage account and, as with other online tools, you can upload an avatar or change your profile settings, e-mail, or password. Click on Calendar and Address book and integrate Doodle with your Outlook, Google, or iCal calendars.
